Returns
If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns 14 days after the delivery was successful. Please make sure the item is in the same condition when you received it (this includes the hangtag and not washing the product)!
We do not offer free returns, however - if you send us a scan of the invoice for the return, we are happy to send you a voucher over this amount!

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible due administrative reasons. Send back your original item and make a new order on our website. Please note, that we offer you a voucher for the transport back to our warehouse!
We are confident that you will love your new garment and want to show it off to the world. If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns faster than a cat can chase a laser pointer. Just make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, and we promise not to judge your taste in fashion (too much).
