Unique Designs

You found the perfect design, but want it embroidered on another colour / clothing type? Don't worry - we've got your back!

With our custom embroidery services, we can turn any blank clothing piece into a canvas for your favorite icons. Please drop us an e-mail with what you envisioned to "hello@minimatic.at" and we are happy to help you out.

Please note that production will take some time, because the items will have to get produced individually.

Shipping

We generally ship 4-times per week from our location near Vienna to Europe. If for some reason you did not get the shipping confirmation within 3 days, please let us know at: hello@minimatic.at

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns 14 days after the delivery was successful. Please make sure the item is in the same condition when you received it (this includes the hangtag and not washing the product)!

We do not offer free returns, however - if you send us a scan of the invoice for the return, we are happy to send you a voucher over this amount!

Your money will be refunded the same way you paid for the order once we have checked the quality - usually around 3-4 days. If it takes longer, please contact us at "hello@minimatic.at".

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible due administrative reasons. Send back your original item and make a new order on our website. Please note, that we offer you a voucher for the transport back to our warehouse!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@minimatic.at.
